Last updated: May 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ink Link ("Service"), including WrapFlo, DesignerFlo, InstallerFlo, and SignFlo (collectively "Platforms"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ink Link provides cloud-based shop management tools for the sign and wrap industry, including estimating, customer management, materials tracking, vendor management, professional networking, and related services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Ink Link is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Subscription & Billing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For material violations we may do so without prior notice; otherwise we will provide a reasonable opportunity to cure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content, logos, and trademarks (WrapFlo, DesignerFlo, InstallerFlo, SignFlo, Ink Link) are the exclusive property of Ink Link. All rights reserved.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (estimates, customer records, materials, etc.). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Network & Marketplace

The WrapFlo Network connects professionals. Ink Link is not a party to any agreement between users. We do not guarantee the quality of work, reliability of users, or accuracy of reviews. Use professional judgment.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. Deletion is self-serve and permanent: every estimate, invoice, customer, material, kit, photo, and event your account owns is erased, and any active subscription is cancelled. Records sent to your customers by email or portal link (e.g., invoices they received) remain in their inboxes — we cannot recall those.

You can download a complete JSON export of your data at any time before deletion from the same screen.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink Link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10a. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
